Celebrating 60 years of service as Virginia’s oldest Legal Aid Society, the Legal Aid Society of Roanoke Valley (LASRV) has been a steadfast advocate for justice for low-income residents across the region. For six decades, we have provided a full range of high-quality civil legal services, addressing critical issues such as housing, family law, employment, consumer debt, and domestic violence. Free legal assistance is available to qualified residents of the cities of Roanoke and Salem, as well as the counties of Roanoke, Botetourt, Craig, Bedford, and Franklin, continuing our long-standing commitment to equal access to justice for our community.
